Both include the same features, the only difference being the Midnight Edition's black metallic exterior paint. The Midnight and Sport Editions are two new packages available for the LS trim this year.
You can also opt for the LS Convenience package that adds: Rear-seat reminder (alerts you to check the rear seat before exiting the vehicle).Lane keeping assistance (steers the Equinox back into its lane if it begins to drift over the lane marker).Forward collision mitigation (warns you of an impending collision and applies the brakes in certain scenarios).The Equinox also comes standard with driver aids such as: Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration (with wireless connectivity).LED headlights with automatic high beams.
